Hi all,

I wish to send with each task a UserID, which I received from a Multi-user-database. How can I do this automatically?

You can create a user-define field in Outlook and link it to the database field

You can define the DB field as mandatory in Mandatory keys dialog, and use a SQL Statement to give it a value ( see help)

Yes, but check if the database port is not blocked by the firewall.
