I've installed GeniusConnect as a tril using outlook 2003 and an access database.

I did a Load all from outlook and several records were loaded into Outlook OK. However, I changed a record in Outlook and did a Store Item which worked fine, but when I cahnged the record in Access and did a load all, the record was duplicated.

Strange? Are you using the example database or your own Db?

My own, but I do not undterstand why this would matter

You can get duplicates, if there is a problem with your primary key definition/value.
(our example is OK).

Can you try to install the MS Access example (help topic Microsoft Access), and test if you get also duplicates?

I want to determinate if the problem is related to wrong mapping/primary key definition, or somethin else.
